Born in Athens, she graduated from the Drama School of the Athens Conservatoire in 1996. She studied dance with Vangelis Silinos and attended acting and theatre game seminars and workshops.

She has worked with “Theatro Stoa” (Arcade Theatre) in E. Bond’s Olly’s Prison, V. Raisis’s To Provlima tou Kosta (Kostas’s Problem), directed by Th. Papageorgiou, and in the following children’s plays: B. Smith’s A Tree Grows in Brooklyn (adapted by P. Mendis) and E. Trivizas’s Ta Magika Maksilaria (The Magic Pillows), directed by L. Protopsalti.

She has also worked with the Municipal Theatre of Kozani in F. G. Lorca’s The Song of Love and in C. Goldoni’s The Servant of Two Masters, directed by N. Nikolaou, as well as with the Theatrical Organisation “Stigmi” (Moment) in R. W. Fassbinder’s Drops on a Hot Stone, M. Viski’s Snow, J. Giraudoux’s The Fairytale of Love, I. Cagnati’s Genie La Folle, S. Belbel’s A Moment Before and I Am Ugly, directed by G. Anastassakis.
She has taken part in TV serial Prova Nifikou (Wedding Dress Try-On), Imaste ston Aera (We’re On Air), Vendetta, Ke Pali Fili (Friends Again), Klise ta Matia (Close Your Eyes), Eftihismenes Meres (Happy Days), Veta Queen, as well as in TV series Endimotati Keratades (Honourable Cuckolds), Istories tis Apenandi Ochthis (Tales From the Opposite Bank), Alithini Erotes (Real Loves), Astinomos Bekas (Inspector Bekas) etc.

She has participated in the following movies: A. Agelidis’s I Ores (The Hours), N. Gramatikos’s I Apondes (The Absent Ones), D. Yatzouzakis’s Mi Mou Aptou (Touch Me Not), G. Petropoulos’s 6 Me Exi (6 To Six), A. Aristopoulos’s Pezi o Theos me to Alatopipero (God Plays With Salt and Pepper), and in short films To Pandrologima (The Match-Making) by G. Bakolas, I Roza… Kapos Etsi (Rosa… Something Like That) by S. Stangos and Merry Kitchmas by I. Dimitriou.

Anatoli Athanasiadou teaches theatre games to primary and high school children in municipalities and schools.
