Singer


Born in Patras, she studied at the London Educational Arts School and the Urdang Academy (Musical theatre performer).

She is a graduate of D. Grigoriadou's Dance School (diploma in classical ballet) and of Varna Dance Academy in Bulgaria (Vaganova-superieur diploma). She studied classical song with professor M. Paschali and graduated graded "Excellent and First Prize Unanimously". She also took her piano and singing diploma graded "Excellent Unanimously".

She has taken part in performances Demones (Demons) by N. Karvelas-S. Sideras, directed by R. Williams (Attikon Theatre), Simon and Coleman's Sweet Charity, directed by J. Sharpe (Park Theatre), Frank and Long's Chekhov, directed by G. Valtinos (Lambeti Theatre), M. Spiratou's Lίlί Marleen (revival of an interwar period cabaret, her own direction), Anazitondas ton Kirio Gianidi-Konstandinidi (Looking for Mr. Gianidis-Konstandinidis), artistic director L. Liavas and directed by Th. Moumoulidis (Megaron, Athens Concert Hall), Stone and Styne's Some Like it Hot, directed by Kostas Arzoglou, (Vembo Theatre), Repas and Papathanassiou's Vira tis Angires (Raise Anchor), directed by St. Fassoulis (Greek National Theatre), Aristophanes's #Frogs# (head of chorus), directed by K. Tsianos (National Theatre-Epidaurus), Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream, directed by Ν. Hatzipapas and music written by D. Papadimitriou (Hermia, National Theatre) et al. She has taken part in various TV series and in 2000 she worked with composer Eugenia Manolidou for a song recital at the Ermoupolia 2000 Festival. She has performed songs written by E. Manolidou with the Orchestra of Colours and released an album entitled Elinon Imni (Hymns of the Greeks) with the Bohuslav Martinu Symphony Orchestra.

Hara Kefala collaborated with the "Treno sto Rouf" (Train at Rouf) Railway Theatre and Tatiana Ligari in theatrical seasons 2003-2004 and 2004-2005 in the musical theatre performance Ip' Atmon (All Aboard) and in the summer of 2004 she took part in the musical Harisma - I Simetria tis Armonias (Charisma - The Symmetry of Harmony), which was staged as part of the Athens 2004 Cultural Program.
