Born in Thessaloniki, she is a graduate of the Orlinda Pierce College of Athens, the Infant School Teachers School of Athens and the Veakis Advanced Drama School (1989).

Her theatre work includes: L. Divani's I Orea Thimomeni (The Fuming Beauty), directed by T. Ligari in the "Treno sto Rouf" (Train at Rouf) Railway Theatre (she was nominated for Best Actress "Karolos Koun" Award in 2003), Ksenia Kalogeropoulou's To Sklavi (The Little Slave), directed by Th. Moschopoulos in the "Theatro Porta" (Door Theatre), B. Brecht's Galileo Galilei, directed by St. Doufexis and other performances with the Greek National Theatre. She has worked with many other theatre groups, including the "Theatro Politia", the Municipal Theatres of Crete, Patras, Roumeli and Kalamata, Theatrical Organization "Desmi", "Fournos" Theatre, "Amore" Theatre and "Stoa" Theatre. Her work for the cinema includes: N. Gramatikos's O Vassilias (The King) - she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress Award at the Thessaloniki Film Festival-, K. Evangelakou's Mormo, K. Filiotou's Ela Na Sou Po (Come and I'll Tell You), Ant. Kokinos's Dream a Little Dream of Me, El. Kazantzidi's Cornelia, N. Gramatikos's Apontes (Absent) etc.

Her directing work includes: V. Kokas's Salami Aeros Stamatelos (Stamatelos Salami), Athens, 460 BC, Zontas sto Chrisso Eona (Living in the Golden Age), Bost's Fafsta, D. Chaliotis-V. Kokas's Angeliki Paremvassi (Angelic Intervention) and (Everything Was Fine and Suddenly...) etc. She has also directed events for Christian Dior Hellas, NOVA, Scoutway, Novartis, Genzyme, Scharing Plugh, "Vima gia Dimokratia Politon" (Forum for a Democracy of Citizens). She has played in TV serials Eftihismeni Mazi (Happy Together), To Kokino Domatio (The Red Room) and Endimotati Keratades (Honourable Cuckolds).

She has given theatre play, improvisation and acting lessons in kindergartens, nursery schools, creative occupation centres, at the Music High School of Palini, and also to infant school teachers and adult groups in the Municipalities of Vrilissia and Penteli.
