Born in Athens, she is a distinguished graduate of the Greek National Theatre Drama School (1995). She studied Communication and Mass Media at Panteio University and, as a scholarship holder, attended a Sociology course at the University of Coimbra in Portugal.

She studied dance at the schools of Diana Theodoridou-Kazi, Maris Angelopoulou, as well as at the State School of Dance. She also took singing lessons with Lucia Fratsea. She has worked with the Greek National Theatre in, among other performances, Lorca's House of Bernarda Alba (Andela), directed by S. Evangelatos, Aristophanes's Frogs (Chorus), directed by K. Tsianos, with the Theatre of Thessaly in Moliere's The Miser (Elisa), D. Kehaidis-E.Haviara's Me Dinami Apo tin Kifissia (With Power From Kifissia, Electra), both directed by K. Tsianos, with the Municipal Theatre of Patras in, among others, B. Brecht-K. Weil's The Threepenny Opera (Lucy), directed by Th. Moumoulidis, Kehaidis-Haviara's Me Dinami Apo tin Kifissia (Maro), Aristophanes's Lysistrata etc., with the State Theatre of Northern Greece in Moliere's The Imaginary Invalid (Toinette), directed by Th. Moumoulidis.

She has also taken part in TV serials like Aristotelis o Aristos (Aristotelis the Excellent), written by K. Iyerinou and directed by G. Bezos and Andreas Morfonios (Mega Channel), Ano-Kato (Topsy-Turvy), written by P. Exarhos and directed by G. Nikolaidis (Antenna Channel).

In 2003-2004 she plays in one season of Kafe tis Haras (Hara's Coffee Shop), directed by Lihnaras and written by Romas and Hatzisofia.

She has also played in Alexis Damianos's long film Iniohos (Charioteer).
