Born and raised in the South Peloponnese, he then moved to Thessaloniki where he studied Biology at the Aristotle University. He graduated with honors from the State Theatre of Northern Greece Drama School and went on to study dancing and singing with many teachers. For the last years he has been living and working in Athens, refusing to drive, out of fear and a sense of resposnibility.
He has participated in numerous theatrical productions, like Kopelia (direct. C. Rougheri), Grease (direct. D. Gilmoore), Madame Butterfly (direct. K. Arzoglou), Do you love me? (direct. O. Pozeli), The best of Broadway (direct. D. Lasala), Aristophanes's Birds, directed by Th. Karakatsanis et al.
He has also played in TV productions and these last years he has written, directed and staged the performances Mipos Argissa? (Am I Late?) in the "Thira Technis" Theatre and I Ofilia ine Engios (Ophelia is Pregnant) in "EpiKolono" Theatre. He uses the pen-name Vimal Shab.
