Saint Valentine's Day, Tuesday 14th of February, give your heart to a romantic dinner under the candle lights, at the Wagon-Restaurant of the Railway Theater.


The Train at Rouf organizes the 2nd Festival of Young Artists "The Twelve Coupes" from 17 to 27 May 2012 and invites young artists (directors, musicians, actors, video-artists, visual artists, choreographers, etc.) to organize their own privé performance in one of the New Wagon's twelve coupes of the Railway Theatre the Train at Rouf,or to participate in parallel events at the Train's dock.
Artists interested in taking part in can submit their proposals until February 20th, 2012 in e-mail: theater@totrenostorouf.gr

The process will be completed on 15th of March 2012.

THIS SUMMER THE TRAIN ΑΤ ROUF GOES... TO THE DOCK!

This summer an open-air bar with "tables outside" at the cool dock of the station at Rouf waits for you. With background of the old carriages of the train-Theater, next to olive trees and oleanders, you may enjoy mojitos after sunset with the accompaniment of a musician. The lounge atmosphere is followed by dj Miss S. and later young actors, singers, artists, street artists and bands come with unpredictable lives.

The Train-Theater The Train at Rouf, invites professional actors and actresses, itnerested in participating in the winter productions, to send their curriculum vitae until May 31st at the following adress: theater@totrenostorouf.gr

It is neccessary qualification is that the actors should be able to sing professionally.


With fresh ideas, reduced prices, new partners and new productions, for all ages, the Train at Rouf speeds up and keeps an optimist mood


An interesting ecological proposal for the cyclists - viewers of the shows "Who discovered America?" and "Indian Summer" is coming this year from the creator of the Train at the Rouf, Tatiana Ligari.

All the viewers come with their bikes to watch this show will pay a reduced ticket € 16 instead of the normal price of € 20, while at the students eligible for the discount fare of € 16 a complimentary glass of wine will be offered after the show, in the Wagon Bar of the Train.

For this reason, a small bicycle parking has been formed in the guarded docking station, where viewers will procure their discount coupon.


Since this Sunday 27/03/2011 and every Sunday, the theatrical show WHO DISCOVERED AMERICA will start at 8 o' clock a.m.


The Newsletter for the theatrical show Who discovered America has just been published, with content in greek.


A wagon full of books with destination the Evros border village Ormenio, with beginning point the Railway-Theatre Train at Rouf.

"The Train at Roof" during the festive days collects books, as a minimum action of social and participatory offer, in order to deliver them to the library of the frontier community Ormenio, the last station of OSE Evros.

Therefore, the Railway-Theatre invites all spectators to choose books from their libraries, that sometimes accompanied them on their journey of life, and bring them with them when they will visit the "Train at Rouf" to attend performances during the holidays.


Watch the new musical performance "Around the World in 30 Songs", in the Music Wagon Orient Express, with scheduled premiere on Thursday, 2 December 2010, and every Thursday, at 9.30 p.m.


This year, the chef of the Railway Carriage Theater Wagon-Restaurant suggests the menu from € 19 with live music every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.


We are waiting for you to have your drink at the Wagon-Bar, daily except Mondays.  Miss S plays the music every Friday and Saturday.

With fresh ideas, reduced ticket prices, a plethora of productions and aiming at attracting younger audiences to the theatre, we have begun our performances for this year's theater season and we look forward to meet you at the  of the Train-Theatre wagons.


A brand NEW WAGON has been added to our train, especially to host young artists’ creations.

This year, our old WAGON-BAR will be also used as a theatre, while the Children’s Stage, the Theatre Wagon, the Orient Express Music Wagon and the Wagon Restaurant continue their successful courses.


Lucy Maurice’s Indian Summer is presented on the Wagon Bar of the Train at Rouf Railway-Theatre.
