A jazz evening

Geroge Kontrafouris, one of the most prominent Hammond organ players in Europe, created Baby Trio, to express all the innocence, the adolescent enthusiasm and all those feelings taking over a young musician, as he just starts his career. Baby Trio expresses all those “non realistic” expectations, with which a musician begins his professional course, before he matures through the experiences of adult life.
The musicians comprising the Trio are always below twenty five years of age (except the founder, of course). When a member crosses this age boundary, he withdraws and another young musician takes his place. Baby Trio was created in 2008 and has since circulated two albums and has had many “reincarnations”. Now it experiences its fifth reincarnation and consists of George Kontrafouris (Hammond organ), Michalis Tsiftsis (guitar) and Yiannis Papadoulis (drums).
