Blame It on the Bossa Nova
Sunday culinary and musical matinées, for the first time at the Orient Express

For the first time in its history, the Music Wagon Orient Express opens its doors to the public on Sunday noons this winter, launching a new series of musical matinées accompanied by food and drinks.

Alongside the enchanting Saturday evening performances of Franky Meets Ella, two exceptional musicians from The Jazz Express—Terry Vakirtzoglou on vocals and Pantelis Benetatos on piano—present a new lunchtime programme dedicated to bossa nova and 1960s Brazilian jazz.

Blame It on the Bossa Nova is a bright and rhythmic programme featuring masterful Brazilian melodies, beloved compositions from the Great American Songbook and songs that capture the cosmopolitan charm of bossa nova, performed by two outstanding musicians.

Relaxed rhythms, together with a carefully selected meal and wine, create the ideal atmosphere for spending time with friends and loved ones, with all the carefree spirit of a Sunday noon.

A new culinary and musical experience, inviting you to enjoy your Sunday in the unique, travel-inspired setting of the authentic Orient Express.
