Songs of contrasts and fatal encounters, world music and famous, familiar, multilingual melodies.
Athina, for two evenings interprets new and old songs, covers and undistributed songs. From Esse Olhar to the project «The existence", as well as selections from her recent participation in Dimitris Katanztis’ album “Last night” and her new collaboration with Lena Platonos, in versified poetry Emily Dickinson.
After the successful show "Paris-Istanbul", just for two Fridays, on May 5th and 12th, Athina Routsi, accompanied by Alceste Raftopoulou at the piano and orchestrations and Fotis Mylonas at the brass and guitar present a new puzzle made of songs, at the Orient Express Music Wagon.
Bjork, Manos Chatzidakis, Roberta Flack, Lena Platonos, Joan Baez, Dionysis Savopoulos, Noa, Mercedes Sosa, Mariza, Leonard Cohen and other major musicians travel together and meet “one way or another”
