TICKET PURCHASE
Pre-purchase of tickets for any performances is necessary and can be done on the theater's website and on More.com, at More.com's physical points of sale (Public, METRO - My Market, EKO / ΒP, Shell, Nova, Evripidis Bookstores, Viva Spot Technopolis) or upon availability at the theater box office before the start of the performance.
Phone bookings are not valid. Also, the transfer of tickets to another date or another event at the venue is not possible.
Entrance to all performances is from the Wagon Bar by presenting the ticket in electronic or paper form at the theater box office.
For holders of reduced tickets, it is necessary to show the valid proof of eligibility.
REDUCED TICKETS (Valid for Theater Wagon only*)
The Railway Carriage Theater to Treno sto Rouf supports the access of all social groups to culture and offers reduced price tickets to special audience categories in the Theater Wagon. The pre-purchase of the tickets is necessary as well as the presentation of the valid proof of eligibility.
1) Reduced price tickets for minors and people over 65 years old.
2) Reduced price tickets for students of public and private educational institutions in Greece and abroad.
3) Reduced price tickets for holders of the European Youth Card.
4) Discounted tickets for International Student Identity Card holders.
5) Reduced price tickets (defects) for drama school students, professional actors, dancers and theater scholars.
6) Performance checks of the Public Employment Service for specific theatrical productions.
7) Reduced price tickets for the unemployed.
8) Reduced price tickets for Hellenic Railways Organization employees
9) Reduced price tickets for residents of the neighborhood of the Railway Carriage Theater to Treno sto Rouf.
It concerns the regions: Kerameikos, Moschato, Botanikos, Petralona, Tavros. To purchase tickets, it is necessary to show a utility bill certifying that the holder is a resident of one of the above areas.
Each beneficiary is allowed to purchase one (1) ticket per production. If he wishes to buy tickets for additional members of his family who live with him, he must also present a certificate of family status, where his family members are listed.
*The special reduced prices for the Theater Wagon do not apply to the Children's Stage.
TICKET INFORMATION
By purchasing a ticket and entering the Railway Carriage Theater to Treno sto Rouf premises, you agree to comply with the Visitor Regulations and safety rules of the Railway Carriage Theater.
Tickets cannot be refunded or canceled except under specific conditions. The transfer of tickets to another date or another event in the venue is not possible.
In case of show cancellation, you will be informed about the refund of the ticket price from the management of the Railway Carriage Theater.
Tickets that are lost, stolen or damaged are not replaced.
Online ticket sales stop 60 minutes before the start of the show.
It is not possible to enter the Wagons after the show has started.
During the performances, taking photos with or without flash, video recording and recording as well as the use of mobile phones is prohibited.
Smoking inside the Wagons is prohibited.
Entrance to the Railway Carriage Theater is from the Wagon Bar.
Please follow the instructions of the staff when entering and exiting the Wagons.
The Railway Carriage Theater has the right to request the removal from the venue of the event of a ticket holder who does not comply with the aforementioned measures and regulations.
